Most pulleys 2 3/4 OD. Optional Wiring update. The voltage reg senses voltage at the terminal with the blue wire (shown). Many vehicles fail to do this causing warranties. Cut the existing power feed and install a ring terminal on the alternator side of the wire, then place the ring terminal on the battery post to insure good voltage levels for the regulator to sense.
